The staff was very friendly and attentive, the food good as usual. However, this location was dirty and unkempt! I will go again, maybe just having a bad day.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! While waiting for my to go order I watched an employee deal with cash, touch her mouth and face then handle food containers and sauce. Then the food was horrible, my rice was crunchy the chicken was full of fatty pieces. I could taste several other flavors in my food like they were using the same pan or utensil to cook several different orders without washing it. I will not return.

It was quite a dramatic experience this past time I went. A customer screaming at the cashier, the cashier then crying and saying she was going to have a mental breakdown. They seemed really backed up and short handed as well. The girl cashier saying out loud she was freaking out and stressed. I get it, being short staffed sucks. A little over dramatic, but I understand. Food was still delicious.

So sad to see this location decomposing. This location used to be at the forefront of customer service when Adam was the GM now it is among the worst in town. McDonald’s is far better at service then the Brookside pei-wei... that should be a signpost to how bad things have gotten here. I would not recommend this place to the worst of my enemies based on service and food quality.
